Removing Chains has a special live text only chat room just for kids and teens with serious illnesses and disabilities. We know that it’s hard enough being sick and fighting that, but you need friends to hang out with. Often kids with illnesses feel their old friends just don’t understand what they are going through.

We want to make this be a light friendly place where you can just be you, or talk about your feelings about all that is going on. Now RemovingChains.org offers a sick kids live support place online for both friends and caring Coaches and mentors!

You won’t find pressure, or judgment or anyone caring if you’re hangin’ out in your pajamas. No live cameras allowed here in our fully moderated website either. So invite friends you know from the hospital or clinic. We want this to be a place filled with survivor kids and the Coaches and mentors that help bring light and hope into their lives.

Featured Support Video for our Sick Kids room

If you are a child or teen going through a serious illness or have a disability we want you to know that you're not alone! But we know it can feel very lonely often times so we created our Sick Kids live chat room for you to find support and hang out with other young people with disabilities or illnesses. We hope you are encouraged by the original song and music video, You're Not Alone by Dalton Cyr. We thank Dalton for allowing us to use his song to help us share that there is someone out here waiting for you.

Do you know a video that you think should be added?  This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.  and we'll check it out.
