The Male Survivors live text only chat support room on Removing Chains site helps male survivors of past or current abuse. Whether your world was turned upside down by incest, sexual, physical, verbal, emotional or mental abuse RemovingChains.org is here for you. Males that have been through abuse of any kind often feel isolated and unable to share with anyone due to shame and the stigma of males being abused.

Our Coaches, mentors and other male survivors are here to listen and help you through this confusing and difficult time. Whether you are able to get professional counseling or not, Removing Chains will walk along with you to help restore your dignity and build a new solid foundation.

Impassioned survivor Aaron Hicks wrote and performs his original song "Nothing" as a response to his time as a victim of abuse. Thank you Aaron as your song serves to allow other male victims feel less alone and hopefully willing to break their silence and reach for wholeness.
